What online payment options are available?

You can pay your dues using your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Additionally, you can pay via your standard checking account using e-checks.

How much does it cost?

There is a $9.95 TRANSACTION FEE for paying your dues online by eCheck or Visa/MasterCard/Discover. If you setup an automatic recurring eCheck payment, the fee is only $2 per transaction. If you would like your assessments automatically withdrawn each month from your checking account at no charge please contact our Member Services representative (by email at: ar@avalonweb.com or by phone at (951) 244-0048 ext 125) and request an ACH Form.

Do you have another plan to automatically pay my assessments?

Yes! Avalon offers automatic withdrawal (ACH) of your monthly assessments from your checking account for no additional fees. If you would like your assessments automatically withdrawn each month from your checking account at no charge please contact our Member Services representative (by email at: ar@avalonweb.com or by phone at (951) 244-0048 ext 125 and request an ACH Form.

How do I set up my online account?

Once you click "I Accept" you will be directed to the payment site to enter in your account information. It is important that you create a separate account for each property that you own. Enter in your personal information, and make sure you put the property address you wish to pay in the * Unit/Address section. Once this section is complete, and account has been successfully created, you may set up a bank account or credit card from which to make payments.

How do I know my payments have gone through?

Every time you initiate a payment online, a reference number and transaction receipt are automatically generated and sent to you via email. These are then kept in the database and can be printed for your records.

What security measures are in place?

Your personal information is encrypted and stored on a secure server under a login and password that you define. The transmission of credit card or bank account information takes place over a secure connection.

What if I lose my password?

Passwords are stored in a secure database ensuring that you are the only one who has access to this information. If it becomes necessary to retrieve your password, simply click on the forgotten password link and it will be sent to the email address you provided upon setting up your account.

What if my account does not have sufficient funds to cover the payment and service charge?

Due to the electronic nature of this service, payments will be deducted from your account with or without funds being available. If you do not have the amount in your checking account, do not use this service. Fees will be assessed by your financial institution for overdrawn accounts.

Once I pay online, do I have to pay online every month?

No. This service is available for your convenience. If you pay online one month, you can send a check the next month. There are no automatic payments unless you specifically set up an automatic recurring eCheck payment. You always remain in control.

When will the funds be deducted from my account?

An eCheck payment may take up to 6 business days before it appears on your account. Payments made via credit card will typically be processed within 48 hours.

How do I see my account history?

Account history shows only payments that have been made using the online payment service. The responsibility lies with you, the homeowner, to pay the correct amount including any late fees, fines, or penalties assessed by your community or costs of collection. The Avalon Management Group, Inc. assumes no liability for fines, late payments, or any other loss due to the use of this service. You agree to all of the aforementioned when you click “I Accept”.
