The Manhattan Village Estates is a private, gated community with 122 Estate Homes in Manhattan Beach. A perfect combination of beach living and tranquility, the beautiful The Estates is a place where neighbors easily become friends. In addition to a five-person Board of Directors, The Estates has a number of active committees to help maintain our unique living environment. As schedules permit, residents are encouraged to join Neighborhood Watch, Activities/Social, Architectural, Finance, Buildings & Grounds, and more, to help improve the Community.
